Brisbane, Redland Bay, and the Gold Coast. Travel beyond 30 km may incur additional fees.

How far in advance should I book?
Ideally, 3–6 months in advance, especially for weekends.

Can I request specific songs?
Yes! Cassandra can learn special songs or personalise her repertoire for your event.

How long will you play for?
Standard packages are 60 minutes. Extra time is $150 per 30 minutes.

What happens if it rains?
Cassandra can perform indoors or under cover. Please organise a wet-weather backup with your venue.

Do you provide sound equipment?
For most ceremonies, Cassandra's acoustic instruments are perfect. Portable amplification can be provided for larger or outdoor events.

How much notice is required for cancellations?

• Deposit: $300, non-refundable

• Cancellation within 30 days: the remaining balance is due

• Same-day cancellatios: full fee applies
  
  

How do I book?
Step 1: Send an email with your date, time, and venue to cassandrahansenmusic@gmail.com.

Step 2: Cassandra will respond with a personalised quote within 48 hours.

Step 3: To secure your date, a $300 non-refundable deposit and completed Booking Form are required. This allows Cassandra to dedicate her time to your special day.

Step 4: A receipt for your deposit will be emailed within 2–5 business days.

Step 5: Please return your completed Booking Form and ensure the remaining balance is paid 14 days before your event. Take a moment to review the Terms & Conditions so everything is clear and smooth for your celebration.

Do you perform for small, intimate events?
Yes! Cassandra loves elopements, proposals, and intimate weddings.

Booking

• $300 deposit secures your date

Outdoor Events

• Instruments must be protected from sun, rain, wind, and salt spray

• Wet-weather backup location must be arranged
  
  

Performance Requirements

• 1 armless chair, good lighting, and power (or battery if arranged)

• Breaks: 10–15 mins per 90 mins of performance

• Events over 3 hours: a meal must be provided

• Book 1.5 hours for ceremonies to allow flexibility
